THE POOL WILL OPEN
Friday, May 25th
The pool is equipped with a key-card access system. Those homeowners who have been issued a pool key card from previous years and are in good standing (dues are paid and no outstanding CC&Rs violations on record), will be able to access and use the same pool key card starting on Friday, May 25th.
New homeowners will need to first download, sign and submit the "Pool Release and Liability Waiver Form" found at www.TwoTivershoa.org/clubhouse Each homeowner may purchase up to two (2) key cards for the pool. The pool key card will go to the owner of record. If the house is rented it will be the responsibility of the owner to provide the key card to the renters. There is no charge for the first pool key card for new homeowners. Any additional or replacement cards, if lost, stolen, or damaged are $35.00 per key card.
Pool card keys can be issued at Advantage Idaho's office located at 5537 N Glenwood Suite A - Garden City, ID 83714.
Please make sure to bring proper identification, the signed "Pool Release and Liability Waiver Form" as well as cash or check to pay for any additional keys you might want to purchase. Due to the upcoming holiday weekend and high demand for pool keys we suggest emailing or faxing ahead of time:

Garage Sales
Two River residents should follow the Eagle City Code regarding garage sales. A resident cannot hold more than two in a calendar year.
The sale should be no more than 3 days in length.
The Two Rivers Board requires the signs be kept to a minimum, taken down promptly after the sale, and no signs are to be taped to light posts.
